North Carolina law requires that all campaign political committees provide the name, mailing address and job title or profession and the name of the employer or employer's specific field for each individual who contributes more than $50 in the aggregate in any election cycle. Contributions are not tax deductible. Contributions from business entities are prohibited. The maximum amount an individual may contribute is $4,000 per person or $8,000 per couple, per election cycle.
